Heat shock protein 70 (Hsp70) is over-expressed in human breast cancer and plays an important role in the progression of this cancer.Hsp70 is known be downstream of ErBb-2, but little is understood regarding the relationship between Hsp70 and drug resistance mediated by ErbB-2 inBreast cancer.
