　　Metastatic malignant melanoma is limited to the treatment of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.Nowadays, many studies have confirmed that Cytokine-induced killer cells (CIK cells) are heterogeneous cell populations that express CD3 and CD56 as well as the activation receptor of NK ceils (NKG2D), antigen.
