Social and emotional competence plays a crucial role in the early Child development.It is recognized that Child”s social and emotional competence, rather than their IQ, would be the best predictor of their late success in life.Basically, there are several ways to assess the development of Child”s social and emotional competence, which can be summarized as the following four categories: biochemistry approaches;psychological approaches;physiological approaches;behavior analysis approaches.
