Synchronization Likelihood of Whole-brain Functional Connectivity on Resting-state: A MEG Study of Depression
Depression is closely related with abnormality of functional connectivity between brain regions involved in cognitive process.Recently, influence of depression on cognitive competence and developments have been paid more attention as a result of increasing proportion of adolescent depression. This passage introduces a new method detecting dynamic characteristics of neural activity based on magneto encephalography (MEG) signal in order to explore internal neural mechanisms of depression and provide evidence for early diagnosis of depression.Since MEG is an sensitive and non-invasive equipment, this method provides a general testing method without hurts for many kinds of mental disorder patients, especially for children.
