Controlled Self-assembly and Disassembly of 19F Nanoparticles for MR Imaging of Caspase 3/7 in Zebrafish
19F MRI has higher selectivity than 1H MRI for in vivo diagnosis but the need of high injection dose of 19F probe to improve its sensitivity has remained challenging.The latter calls for ”smart” strategy which could locally concentrate 19F probe at low dose while in the meantime avoiding the fast transverse relaxation among the probes.
