A Study on the Relationship between China”s Financial Expenditure of Education and Economy Growth

摘要：

　　By building the VAR model, this research used impulse response analysis and variance decomposition to have an empirical analysis of the connection between educational financial investment and economic growth.The result shows that the increasing of the financial investment and the growth of economy in China has a long term co-integration relationship.And the increase of GDP is a granger cause of the increase of the financial investment of education.But the increasing of education investment has a weak impact on the growth of the economy.The utilization efficiency of education investment is low, and the unfairness of education lead to a low quality of our human resources, which results that the driving effect of education on the economy is still not fully played out.
