A Study on Product Process Capability Improvement by Implementing Six Sigma

　　Six sigma is considered an effective way of management process reengineering and process capability improving.Many companies in the world prove their competitiveness enhanced by implementing six sigma method.In this paper, how to improve a process capability can be proved through the process data analysis.The process data are collected from product A”s measuring system and processing capacity is analyzed to identify the process improvement opportunity by implementing six sigma management method, connected with adopting practical management method and technologies, product A”s process capability improvement can be seen.It will be discussed the improvement process of product A”s process capabilities in detail from the five stages of the DMAIC method (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control)of six sigma.
