Low-Carbon City”s Evaluation Index System And Empirical Study

摘要：

　　Low-carbon as the most aging significance of 21 actual human theme of sustainable development, all countries in the world make a positive response to the lowcarbon, and the low-carbon development has become the human sustainable development road of clear goals.China as emerging market of eonomies of the world, are also bred and gradual implementation of the national and local levels.In this process, low-carbon development of the city has aroused the concern of the whole society.Therefore, how to make low-carbon city construction process of the implementation of scientific, effective management, and in order to improve the city low-carbon level becomes more practical significance.This paper focuses on the level of city, we analysis of the factors of lowcarbon city multiple effects, and use the analytic hierarchy process, set up an industry,energy, construction, transport and living five system which based on low-carbon city evaluation index system, and we analysis Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chongqing four city, proved the scientificity, practicability and maneuverability of the system.
