The Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Large Engineering Project Management Performance Based on Entropy Value Method

摘要：

　　Scientific evaluation of large engineering project management performance has a great effect on improving the level of large project management.In order to make performance evaluation more overall, this paper puts forward the evaluation index system based on the PMBOK (Project Management Body Of Knowledge), the method of entropy value is used to determine the index weight, then the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation makes the large engineering project management in a quantitative, improving the reliability of evaluation.Finally, an example of a large engineering project is calculated to determine the performance of project management, according to the evaluation results, we will find the problem of its management, the paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measure, showing the feasibility and the reality value of this evaluation method.
