　　The author describes that his grow up from a farmer”s son to a expert on flower production and management.The author as a leader to implement a project on the first China-Israel Joint venture project, the SINO-ISRAELI DEMONSTRATION FARM.He also carried out many other Israel international collaborating projects.He introduced the agricultural modernization Process in which with the help of the collaboration between Israel farmers and scientists.
