The Moscow Central Universal Scientific Library after N.A.Nekrasov,which we represent,is the main library of Moscow.It is a public library accessible by citizens and it is funded by the Department of Culture of Moscow.Being a social and cultural institution,its aim is to serve the general public”s information needs or public interest.The Library is open to all and every citizen for free access to the collection.
