cBN-wBN-Ceramic Composite Cutting Tool Material

摘要：

　　cBN and wBN are sintered under very high pressure and temperature using ceramics and a metal as binders.Cutting performances are much better than sintered cBN cutting tools.By adding wBN synthesized by shock loading over 10GPa to cBN, ceramic and metal, the interrupt cutting performances are improved much than without wBN compositions.A high pressure vessel used was 70mm inner diameter belt type vessel to produce 38mm diameter sintered body.
