Longitudina Study of the interaction between aging-related cardiac diastolic function and kidney function decline

Introduction The aim of this study was to longitudinally evaluate the interaction between kidney function decline rate and cardiac diastolic function in a healthy Chinese population.Methods 528 healthy participants were evaluated at baseline and 3 years later.Rapid kidney function decline was defined as annual loss of estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) ＞ 3 ml/min/1.73m2.
