Serotonergic dysfunctions and abnormal iron metabolism:Relevant to mental fatigue of Parkinson disease

摘要：

To investigate the potential mechanisms involving serotonergic dysfunction and abnormal iron metabolism in the brain and peripheral system in Parkinson disease ( PD ) patients with mental fatigue.Total 518 PD patients and 29 controls were recruited and evaluated by clinical scales;The levels of serotonin,iron and related proteins in CSF and serum were detected.
