Mechanisms of obstructive sleep apnea aggravate the process of heart failure

摘要：

Purpose:OSA is a form of sleep disordered breathing in which pharyngeal muscle relaxation leads to recurrent nighttime apneas and hypopneas.Results showed that a high percentage of patients with OSA existing cardiovascular conditions,including heart failure (HF).This review is to present the mechanism implicating OSA aggravate HF development.
