The mechanisms of cardioprotection of autophagy in ischemic heart disease

摘要：

Purpose:Autophagy is a catabolic process which degrades damaged organelles and long-lived proteins through sequestration into double membrane structures termed autophagosomes and fusion with lysosomes.In this review,we will summarize the role and possible mechanisms of autophagy in the heart under ischemic condition.
