An investigation on potential biomarkers in the serum of patients with Alzheimer”s disease
To investigate potential biomarkers in the serum of patients with Alzheimer”s disease (AD).Methods:(1) 20 AD patients and 30 healthy controls were evaluated by scales of cognition evaluation;(2) Blood were collected and detected the levels of β-amyloid protein(Aβ)1-42,iron and its related proteins,neuroinflammatory and anti-oxidative factors.
