Section 1.Experimental1.1 Materials and InstrumentalsThe ligand of europium complex,4,4”-Bis (1”,1”,1”,2”,2”,3”,3”,-heptafluoro-4”,6”-hexanedion-6”-yl) chlorosulfo-o-terphenyl (BHHCT),was synthesized by using a previous method.(3-aminopropyl) triethoxysilane (APS),tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS),and Triton X-100 were purchased from Acros Organics.
