选择性胸段侧凸融合术策略探讨

摘要：

The goal of STF for MTCL curves should be not only to limit the number of fused lumbar segments,but also to optimize instrumented thoracic and spontaneous lumbar correction.Use of CBT facilitates 3-dimensional control of corrective forces and allows for maximum selective instrumentation-assisted thoracic and spontaneous lumbar curve correction for MTCL curves.CBT can broaden the current curve criteria for STF to have more patients with MTCL curves to be able to treated with STF.
