Strain Design and Reliability Analysis of Buried Pipeline Based on Multiple Nonlinear Pipe-soil Coupling model
Taking into account the non-linear nature of the material and load of buried pipe is rarely studied around the world.Taking design strain as reliability evaluation index and considering different properties of the fault and pipe, reliability study of crossing-fault buried pipeline is taken using pipe-soil coupling mechanical model. The result shows: 1.The maximum axial tensile strain and compressive strain rises as the staggered distance and internal friction angle of soil grows; 2.Wall thickness, radius to thickness ratio and depth of the pipe impacts the strain and the radius to thickness ratio has the greatest parameter sensitivity; 3.The results of sensitivity analysis can be used as the state variables of the integrity assessment of pipeline. The studying conclusions can provide ideas and reference for the integrity assessment of crossing-fault buried pipeline.
