Study on Strain-based Reliability Design of Pipelines under Seismic Action
By using the direct reliability design method in domestic and international norms and the strain design of pipelines which crossing meizoseismal areas in the QSY-GJX-0135-2008,the variation of reliability was studied under different coefficients,considered the uncertainty of the seismic shear velocity and pipe radius-thickness ratio.The Results show that determine changes in pipe diameter thickness ratio have a significant impact on the safety of the casing when the probability density function of pipe materials is assure; the higher seismic intensity,the greater seismic effect,the lower reliability index of the pipeline ; Reliability calculation method based on probability can consider random uncertainty of material properties of pipe and geometric actions,which can realize the reliability design of the pipeline that closer to actual.And it is able to provide a scientific and reasonable calculation basis for pipeline seismic design.
