摘要：

1 Background It is difficult to directly deposit Ag2S thin films with low surface roughness (～ten nanometers) and high uniformity on ITO substrates for organic solar cells using low-temperature solution-based technique (including commonly used chemical bath deposition and successive ionic layer absorption and reaction methods).
