Institutional Risks: Impact on the Financial System.International Practice
When analyzing the impact of risks on financial system,including banking,insurance and pension,demographic and investment risks are considered to be major ones.Topics on institutional regulation of systems have received little attention.In our work financial systems was examined on the example of pension system,one of the main risks of which was institutional ones.To sum up the various approaches to understanding of institutions and institutional risks,institutions can be defined as a list (set) of rules,requirements and customs.Thus pension institutions are the set of rules,requirements and customs both formal and informal,according to which pension systems are working.That is why institutional risks for pension systems are risks affecting rules,laws and requirements,which organizes pension systems.
