Search for extra financial sources may lead to increase in competitiveness of ITMO University.Crowd funding can become such source.Within the framework of the research,it searches for new development vectors and projects in need of such financing.First of all it can be a creative and social project,but also a short-term scientific research project.This work is included in the scope to be accomplished in ITMO University.And its purpose is to search for factors and development vectors for crowd funding in ITMO University.
