Strawberry root rot, which occur in wide range and caused by many kinds of pathogenic fungi, has been one of the main obstacles to the development of strawberry industry.It is hard in worldwide to prevent the strawberry root rot.Strawberry root rot is the name for a large class of diseases, caused by the interaction of various pathogens and the environment, soil-borne and difficult to control.Fast detection and identify the pathogens is important for the control of strawberry root rot.
