Study on Genetic Diversity of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum in Soybean in Heilongjiang Province

摘要：

To identify genetic diversity of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum in soybean in Heilongjiang province, this article used the Mycelia Compatibility Groups (MCG) screening methods, the 60 strains from different collection places in Heilongjiang province were sectionalized according mycelia compatibility to the grouping, and polymorphism analysis was studied by using SSR molecular marker technology.
