Complete Sequence of Tomato chlorosis virus Beijing Isolate and the Subcellular Localization of Coat Protein

摘要：

Tomato chlorosis virus (ToCV), a member of the genus Crinivirus in the family Closteroviridae,has a bipartite genome of linear, positive sense and single stranded RNA encapsidated separately in long and flexuous virions.Transmitted by sweetpotato whitefly and greenhouse whitefly, ToCV induces interveinal chlorosis, leaf brittleness, and leaf curling on tomato plants.
