Bacterial Diversity in the Rhizosphere Soil of Different Plants
In order to know the diversity of bacteria in rhizosphere soil of different plants, 140 bacteria were isolated from rhizosphere soil in different plants by dilution. These plants were strawberry, grape, peach, apricot, cabbage, Chinese cabbage, watermelon, jujube, wheat, beans, potato and lettuce which collected in Changping and Yanqing district, Beijing.According to the similarity of 16SrDNA gene sequences, the 140 isolates were classified into 10 genusis, including Bacillus, Pseudomonas, Brevibacterium , Arthrobacter , Streptomyces , Serratiabizio , Paenibacillus , Janthinobacterium , Acinetobacter ,and Massilia. In these isolates, the proportion was different between genusis and Bacillus sp., Pseudomonas sp.and Brevibacterium sp.were prevalent in the most of the rhizosphere soil.
