The Genetic Diversity of Potato Common Scab Pathogens in China

摘要：

Potato common scab is known to occur in many potato planting areas worldwide including China.The symptoms on potato tubers are shallow, raised or pitted corky lesions.The incidence of the disease is about 6％ to 10％ in disease fields (from our survey data), some up to 60％ or more, especially in mini-tuber production for using vermiculite as substrate in greenhouse.Common scab was caused by several plant pathogenic Streptomyces species.
