Induced Resistance Mediated by Endophytic Bacteria EBS05 in Tomato Plant against Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl China Virus

Bacillus subtilis EBS05, an endophytic bacteria strain isolated from Cinnamomum camphor, has strong colonization capacity in plant rhizosphere and antibiotic activity to various plant pathogenic fungi.The surfactin A, as a lipopeptide antibiotic produced by strain EBS05, could be used as an effective elicitor to induced systemic resistance (ISR) of tobacco plant against tobacco mosaic virus, depended on SA-signalling transduction pathway.On this basis, ISR mediated by strain EBS05 in tomato plant against tomato yellow leaf curl China virus (TYLCCV) were investigated by using var.Jiangsu 14 as test material.
