Initial Study on Inhibitory Effect of Some Plants Extracts Against Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense
Petri dishes experiments were conducted to study the inhibitory effect of some plants extracts on Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense by mycelia growth method.The results showed that all plants had suppressing effects on pathogens.However, different plants had different inhibitory effects.With Leek as positivecontrol, the best inhibition effect was sunflower, and the inhibition rate was 86％.The high active medical ten plant above were further studied by spore germination method, and the inhibition rates of sunflowers and lettuces against Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense were above 50％.The other plant extracts didn”t have any control efficacy.
