中药对恶性黑色素瘤细胞体内外作用的研究进展
Malignant melanoma is an aggressive malignant tumor,its incidence and mortality increased sharply in recent years.The disease tends to early metastasis.The treatment is still in operation,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,gene therapy and cell immune therapy,but the curative effect is not ideal.Traditional Chinese medicine as the characteristic resources inChina,is very important in looking for drugs that inhibit melanoma cell function.In this paper,the mechanism of in vitro and in vivo effects of Chinese medicine on malignant melanoma were summarized.Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of malignant melanoma is indeed played a certain effect on aiming at the effective anti melanoma drug development in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.
