GNAQ/11 gene mutations in Chinese ocular and mucosal melanomas

GNAQ gene is the most frequently mutated oncogene in uveal melanoma, and the mutation frequency of GNA11 gene is after GNAQ gene.There is no research about GNAQ/11 gene mutation in Chinese melanoma patients.This study is aim to identify the frequency and characteristic of GNAQ/11 gene mutation in Chinese ocular and mucosal melanoma patients,further analyze the relationship between GNAQ/11 gene mutations and the clinical parameters.
