　　Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play an important role in tumorigenesis, but its role in cancer chemoresistance remain unclear.The current study examines the increase of lncRNA HOTAIR expression in cisplatin-resistant A549/DDP cells compared with parental A549 cells.
