Predictive value of MITF gene amplification in metastatic melanoma patients receiving endostar and dacarbazine as first-line treatment

摘要：

A phase Ⅱ, randomized study suggests that recombinant human endostatin(endostar)plus dacarbazine can yield a significant improvement in PFS and OS.Intratumoral Microphthalmia-associated transcription factor(MITF)might be a predictive biomarker of this regimen because of upregulation of hypoxia-inducible factor 1α, which contributes to angiogenesis and disease progression.melanoma patients.
