社区预防跌倒行动

摘要：

With the aging population, there is an increasing burden in the health sector since the health service in Hong Kong is highly substituted by the government.In order to reduce admission related to geriatric fall incident, the community wide fall prevention program was started from 2000 by the Chinese University of Hong Kong, with nurse volunteers from AADO fall team.The program also aims to increase public awareness in elderly fall prevention.
