Introduction Patients underwent total joint replacement (TJR) surgery need a life-long follow-up.In order to develop a new model of service delivery as well as enhancing the role of orthopaedics specialty nurse, a nurse-led clinic,has been piloted in Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital (AHNH) since January 2012 to follow-up the patients who had total hip or knee replacement for more than 2 years with stable joint condition.
