Enlightenment of Students-centered Education Method on Cultivating Talents with International & Innovative Competence in Chinese Higher Education

　　The innovative talents, making up the driving force in the fields of knowledge & technology, are playing a significantly important role in the strategy of invigorating China through science and education.From the perspective of student-centered education method, this paper establishes International Competence Construction System for Innovative Talents Cultivation and introduces the core content and achievements of tins system in detail.
