Exploration on Cultivation Methods of Engineering Graduates” Research and Practical Abilities
In this paper, aiming at the limitation and problems of traditional model in engineering graduate students cultivation, and combined with years of the guidance experience and necessity analysis, proposes some concrete methods to develop their research and practical abilities, such as: Introduction into research fields as early as possible;Teaching the basic skills of study;Developing good research habits;Attending the seminar and technical meetings;Holding group discussion regularly;Enhancing academic confidence;Join the actual research subjects and etc.At the same time, through the application and practice, it shows that, these cultivation methods made a positive exploration to improve the research and practical abilities of graduate students and had a certain reference function.
