Training and Practice of Applicable Talents Oriented Economic Development of Pearl River Delta
Based on the high strategy that Guangdong University of Technology mainly fosters the applied talents for the economic development of Pearl River Delta region, new modes of teaching, manufacture-learning-research cooperation, innovation laboratory construction and combining students” science and technology innovation activities with teachers” scientific research were studied in the field of key discipline, Electromechanical Engineering of Guangdong province.Specific training planes of applied talents were put forward.Closely combining theory teaching with practice teaching, the improvement of students” all-round development, engineering practice ability and innovation ability were emphasized.It was found that in this way we can foster more applied talents for economic development of Pearl River Delta.
