Research and development of virtual experiment system for ”mold technology” based on innovation
According to the characteristics and requirements of” mold technology” course, virtual experiment is stated.mould structure and design of virtual experiment project has been established for filling mold.Mold removal experiment is designed using such software as 3ds Max and Cult 3D designer Virtual motion Simulation experiment of mould has been studied by using the multi-body dynamics simulation software.Casting simulation experiment is also developed by the software for mold flow analysis.The application of the virtual experiment system is very popular to students.
