Theoretical and Legal Approaches to the Operation of International Legal Norms in Domestic Legal Systems
New tendencies of the world social development, defined in the late ⅩⅩ-early ⅩⅪcenturies, raised a number of complex challenges to be solved by science and practice.The main problem is to define substantial characteristics of the future world order as well as to create the necessary mechanisms and procedures of its construction and functioning.The soonest understanding of roots and background of glcbal processes and elaboration of fundamental orientation points for the world development in new historical conditions are on the agenda today.
