Investigating the Quantitative Reduction and Resource Recycling Technologies of Oil Sludge
Oil extraction and refining processes produce a large amount of oil sludge.This kind of dangerous waste has complex, stable composition with high water content.Improper handling of oil sludge can seriously pollute the environment.In this study, we chose GLF and HTK as filter aids to study the influences and filter cake features of adding different aids to the dewatering methods used for SLT2 oil sludge.We prepared different microemulsions for washing the dewatered SLT2 oil sludgc.The goal was to determine the best microemulsion formulation and experimental conditions for recycling oil from sludge, and to make the sludge harmless to handle.
