Ⅰ.Introduction The Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) agreement, established in 2006, was an obscure trade pact among the four small economies of Singapore, Chile, New Zealand and Brunei until 2008, when American President George W.Bush signalled the intention of the United States to join the accord.Australia, Peru, Vietnam and Malaysia subsequently decided to become members, adding momentum to the TPP”s emergence as a potentially important free trade forum.
