Research of the appraisal methods of seaport criteria price :a case of Xiangshan
The criteria price appraisal of seaport has important theoretical and practical significance in market economy because the seaport is an important type of sea use.This paper defines the connotation of the seaport criteria price and puts forward the technical route and the appraisal principle.It takes the seaport of Xiangshan in Zhejiang province as an example and also uses income method and regional comparison method to appraise its criteria price.The results indicate that the income method is an important criteria price appraisal method and it can reflect the relationship between income and price when the income data can be easily obtained.Meanwhile,regional comparison method is a good supplement to the income method when the income data can”t be obtained.
