Study on the coupling coordination degree between the structure of marine industry and marine eco-environment: a case study of Qingdao Blue Economy Zone
There exists the mutually influencing relationship between marine eco-environmental quality change and marine industrial structure adjustment.From the viewpoint of marine industry restructuring, this article builds a comprehensive indicator system of marine industrial structure and marine eco-environment.Utilizing coordination degree function and the environment kuznets curve, it tries to reveal the coupling coordination mechanism between the structure of marine industry and the quality of marine eco-environment.And an empirical study of Qingdao Blue Economy Zone is conducted.The conclusions obtained are as follow: the coupling coordination degree between the marine industrial structure and marine eco-environment has been above 0.5 from 2001 to 2010 in Qingdao Blue Economy Zone;however, the coupling coordination relationship is either primary coordination or midlevel coordination in most years.As different marine industries are of different natures and scales and in different periods of life-cycle, the environmental pressure brought by them is diverse, adjusting and optimizing the marine industrial structure will significantly improve the marine eco-environment.
