Analysis on influence factors of China deep-sea economic development
Deep-sea economy is far from the land, in the exclusive economic zone, the continental shelf, the international seabed area for carrying, comprehensive utilization of marine resources as the goal, emphasizes the development of marine resources, marine ecological environment protection and the development of marine economy highly coordinated.As far away from the land, the development of deep-sea economy can be influenced by multiple factors, which involves political, legal, economic, technical, social and other aspects, these factors are divided into international and domestic.The international factors are the international law of the sea in the exclusive economic zone, the continental shelf, the limitation of regional resource development and China;complicated surrounding ocean marine security situation around China.The internal factors including the supporting role of Chinese economic development degree;marine technology especially support the development of deep-sea technology;degree of marine industry development and transformation speed;coordination and cooperation of the coastal provinces interval;marine high-end talents;marine finance, infrastructure and other conditions.Based on the analysis of these factors, this paper further propose measures to integrate the various influence factors, achieve the organic coordination between each other, and jointly promote the China deep-sea economic development from the point of view of system.
