Some Practices in Educational and Cultivating Plan for Outstanding Engineers
(0) Outstanding engineer plan has been implemented in College of materials science and engineering,Guangxi University since 2008 and some fulfillments have been achieved in several aspects such as industry-university-research cooperation system, 2+1+1 cultivating and training mode in and out university as well as innovative teaching methods.During implementation of the outstanding engineer plan, teaching and training bases have been established both in university and in enterprises, respectively according to the cultivating and training programs, and tutors from enterprises have been recruited for the teaching on site.Some practices in the educational and cultivating plan for outstanding engineer are introduced in this paper.
