Researches on Flat Organizational Structure Innovation of the Modern University
(0) There exist some problems in the organization structure of the mordern university, which are incompatible with the organaization features and hinder the optimization of the performance.Therefore, the organization structure of the mordern university needs innovation.Nowdays,the successful flat organization stucture innovation in the firms provides examples for the modem universty.The fiat organizational structure innovation of the mordern university is based on reducing the negative effects of traditional hierarchy histological structure.In this paper, the flat organizational structure innovation of the mordern university mainly includes the following three ways:the first, constructing the governing structure within which the administrative deparments and academic departments are mutually independent as well as mutually related and overlapping;the second,reducing the managerial hierarchy and expanding the span of management in order that more university authorities are gradually being devolved to the grass-roots level;the third, rebuilding the organizational culture which adapts to the flat organizational structure of the mordern university.
