　　With the rapid development of e-commerce and the rural issues become more and more prominent,e-commerce as a new emerging technology has aroused widespread attention in the field of agriculture.This paper analyses the strengths.Weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and puts forwards some corresponding suggestions.
